Contact any of our booking offices during operations hours to submit your request and arrange a collection date.

Change password or update date-of-birth
To change your login password online, you must first update your date-of-birth with us. You may do so as follows:

1. Visit any SSC Booking Office with your NRIC; OR

2. Email your personal particular, specifically your name, NRIC number, contact number, date-of-birth & home dddress to maliga_thangavelu@ssc.gov.sg

In order to obtain your refund, you must ensure that your registered name in the iBook system is as indicated in your NRIC and your mailing address is updated.

Incompatible internet explorer 7
Internet Explorer 7 is not fully compatible for payment in iBook. You should use Internet Explorer 6.

Check soccer ballot result
To check on the results of the soccer balloting, please click on the link "Soccer Ballot Status" in the iBook. The results will also be displayed at SSC booking offices after 1pm on the day of the ballot.

NOTICES

Removal of duplicate handphone nos and email addresses
With effect from 4 March 2008, members of the public can only use their personal mobile phone number and email address to register themselves as the eligible hirer of public sports facilities managed by SSC. Existing customers was given up to 31 March 2008 to adhere to this policy. SSC has removed any duplicate hand phone numbers or email addresses from its booking system on 17 April 08.

Public lap swimming
Public lap swimming lanes are available at Yishun, Bukit Batok, Jalan Besar, Bedok, Hougang, Tampines & Toa Payoh Swimming Complexes on Saturdays and Sundays.

Relocation of Booking Office at National Stadium
The Booking Office at National Stadium was relocated to Toa Payoh Sports and Recreation Centre on 1 November 2007. It will now be known as the Central Booking Office. Contact details of the facility is as follows:

Clementi Woods Secondary School
Jin Tai Secondary School has been renamed Clementi Woods Secondary School. Their address remains unchanged.

Unavailability of school fields
The following facilities are closed between May 2008 and April 2009 for conversion to synthetic turf:

1. Marsiling Secondary School - 2 June 2008 to 1 January 2009
2. Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School - May 2008 to December 2008
3. Temasek Secondary School - 2 June 2008 to 1 January 2009
4. Regent Secondary School - 2 September 2008 to 1 April 2009
5. Springfield Secondary School - 2 September 2008 to 1 April 2009
6. Sembawang Primary School - May 2008 to December 2008
7. Pasir Ris Primary School - 2 June 2008 to 1 January 2009
8. Northland Primary School - 15 July 2008 to 14 February 2009
9. West View Primary School - September 2008 to March 2009

The following facilities are closed between May 2008 and June 2008 for maintenance:

1. Ang Mo Kio Secondary School - 5 May 2008 to 22 June 2008
2. Rosyth Primary School - 17 May 2008 to 22 June 2008
3. Bendemeer Secondary School - 1 June 2008 to 29 June 2008

The following school fields are temporarily closed from 19 December 2007 for development works:

1. Bedok South Secondary School
2. Bedok View Secondary School until 30 November 2008
3. Tampines Secondary School
4. East View Secondary School

Bedok Tennis Centre
Bedok tennis courts 3 and 4 will be closed from 2 June 2008 to 1 July 2008 for maintenance.

Bukit Batok Swimming Complex
Bukit Batok Swimming Complex's Teaching Pool will be closed from Tuesday, 20 May 2008, to Thursday, 22 May 2008, for maintenance.

Clementi Stadium
Clementi Stadium is closed every Tuesday for maintenance.

Delta Petanque Courts
Delta Petanque Courts have been permanently closed from 4 August 2007.

Jurong East Swimming Complex
Jurong East Swimming Complex will be closed on Sunday, 8 June 2008, from 8am to 2pm for a private function.

Queenstown Stadium
Queenstown Stadium is not available for public booking and balloting from 1 March 2007.

Marina South Open Fields
Marina South Open Fields have been permanently closed from 1 February 2007.

Serangoon Stadium
Serangoon Stadium is closed every Monday for maintenance.

Tanglin Field
Tanglin Field was permanently closed from 1 October 2007.

Yio Chu Kang Stadium
Yio Chu Kang Stadium is closed every Thursday for maintenance.

NEW

FACILITIES

1 New School Field
Ping Yi Secondary School was opened for soccer booking from 1pm on Wednesday, 7 May 2008, for booking slots starting from Saturday, 17 May 2008, onwards.

9 New School Fields
9 new school fields was opened for public booking from 1 pm on Tuesday, 15 January 2008, for slots from Saturday, 19 January 2008, onwards. The fields are:
1) Anderson Secondary School
2) Beatty Secondary School
3) Broadrick Secondary School
4) Changkat Changi Secondary School
5) Henderson Secondary School
6) Kent Ridge Secondary School
7) Mayflower Secondary School
8) Si Ling Secondary School
9) Damai Secondary School

Jurong West Sports & Recreation Centre

Visit our new Sports & Recreation Centre @ Jurong West for a whole new sporting experience! Facilities include a Sports Hall, a Tennis Centre, a Swimming Complex, a Clubfitt Gymnasium and a Stadium. It is located at 20 Jurong West St 93, Singapore 648965.

Sengkang Sports & Recreation Centre

Construction works for the Sengkang Sports Complex situated along Anchorvale Road is in progress and expected to complete in early 2008. The available facilities include a swimming complex, a sports hall, a synthetic soccer field, dance studio, gymnasium and supporting amenities like pro-shop and eating outlets

20 New School Fields

There will be an additional 10 secondary school fields open to the public effectively from Friday, 15 Jun 07, starting from 9am for booking of slots in July 07 and balloting of slots from Aug 07 onwards. The schools are:

· Ang Mo Kio Secondary School

· Bishan Park Secondary School

· Kranji Secondary School

· Greenview Secondary School

· Pei Hwa Secondary School

· Queensway Secondary School

· Telok Kurau Secondary School

· Woodgrove Secondary School

· Woodlands Secondary School

· Yusof Ishak Secondary School

In addition, 10 Primary school fields will be open to the public for usage on a free-of-charge (FOC) basis during its operation hours w.e.f. 1 Jul 07. No prior booking is required to use the field. The school fields’ operation hours are from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm on Saturdays and from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm on Sundays. Below is the list of 10 primary schools:
