Bukit
Timah Fields
With effect from 7 May 09, Bukit Timah fields will be open for bookings until 31 August 09 while ballot requests will be accepted only till the month of August. Please be advised that the fields will be closed from 1 September 09 and will be handed over to the Singapore Land Authority.
Released
of Cancelled Bookings
Bookings
that have been cancelled will be released into the system for booking again from
12 pm daily.
School
Hall Booking
School
Hall booking have a booking window of 14 days. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advanced otherwise it will not be accepted. Phone booking will also not be accepted for this facility. The period opened for booking are
Saturday - 3 pm to 9 pm and Sunday - 9 am to 9 pm. The hall will also accept booking for basketball / volleyball by organizations. Organizations may enquire on this by calling 1800-345 1222 during office hours.

Chu Kang Secondary School Soccer field
Yio Chu Kang Secondary School Soccer field size has been
reduced from 97.8 m x 57.1 m to 97.8 m x 50 m.
School Field Booking
School
Field booking must be made at least 3 days in advanced otherwise it will not be accepted.

School Artificial Fields
The
Field 1 of the following school artificial fields has been renamed as per the
name below and are available for booking under Soccer Artificial Field (School
Field) from Thursday, 21 May 09 onwards:

Volleyball Court in Hougang Sports Hall
Public can book volleyball court in Hougang Sports Hall.
Customers can book up to 2 weeks in advance but phone booking is not allowed.
Hiring Fees: $30.00 per hour (peak); $15.00 per hour (non peak)
Booking Opening Time: 6.45am (online); 7.00am (walk-in)
Booking Conditions: Booked period includes 10 minutes set up and 10 minutes dismantle time. For example:
If booked slot is 7-8pm, usage time will be 7.10pm to 7.50pm
If booked slot is 7-9pm, usage time will be 7.10pm to 8.50pm
Delay
in rain-off refund
Ensure that the name and mailing address entered in
iBook
On-line are the same as in the NRIC/passport. Incomplete or inaccurate information given will result in the delay in the refund process.
Speed
up or increase number of slots queried
To speed up or increase the choice of
slots to query, login to iBook and click on the link "Enter/Change My
Preferences". Here, select your favorite slots and tick Login Using
"My Preferences". Next click on "Submit". Subsequently, every time
you login, the system will auto query the preset preferences and populate all
available slots.
Refund
of Cancelled Soccer Slots
With effect from Wednesday,
16 Jul 08, SSC will automatically arrange to refund by cheque any cancelled
soccer slots due to unplayable conditions. Customers will no longer be required
to come down to SSC booking offices with the receipt to claim the refund.

Hockey Pitch must pay for staff overtime at the Booking Office before play for
weekday (between 7pm to 10 pm) and Sunday/Public Holiday bookings.

Changkat Changi Secondary School
Field is smaller than the normal Type A school fields.
3rd
month soccer slot availability query
From 10am on Monday 30 June 08 , iBook will
allow customers to query for the availability of soccer slots up to the third month from the date of query. Currently, the query is up to
the second month. This will provide you with a more informed choice when submitting soccer ballot requests.

Removal
of duplicate handphone nos and email addresses
With
effect from 4 March 2008, members of the public can only use their personal
mobile phone number and email address to register themselves as the eligible
hirer of public sports facilities managed by SSC.
Relocation
of Booking Office at National Stadium
The Booking
Office at National Stadium was relocated to Toa Payoh Sports
and Recreation Centre on 1 November 2007. It will
now be known as the Central Booking Office. Contact details of the facility is
